Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Services

The WHS Act defines health as inclusive of both physical and psychological health. Under the Act, all persons conducting businesses or managing and controlling a workplace (PCBU) are duty holders with responsibilities toward workers health and safety. Consequently, it is critically important for the organisation to eliminate hazards and minimise WHS risks by taking effective preventive and protective measures, which include measures to manage all hazards.

At Working Life, our focus is on supporting our clients’ business operations through the provision of safe, reliable, and cost-effective workplace health and safety solutions. We work collaboratively with you to design and implement customised workplace health and safety solutions that complement your own internal programs and resources. This, combined with a focus on effective Injury Management Systems and practices, is critical in controlling workers’ compensation costs and achieving compliance with Western Australia’s Work Health and Safety Act 2020, Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 and Standards which came into effect on 31 March 2022.
