To ensure that you meet your legal requirements to provide WHS training we will assist you to develop a staff training matrix that identifies the relevant skills, competencies, and training that each position is required to undertake. Training needs will be based on identified hazards, accidents or incidents and industry competencies, with a register provided to assist with managing training programs.
Undertaking the identified health and safety training will ensure that workers can do their work effectively, efficiently, and most importantly safely, resulting in improved health and safety performance.We can also develop and/or deliver relevant training presentations, programs, toolbox talks and safety conversations to assist you to meet these training requirements.
