Coping with Stress

In this 4-lesson course you will learn how to tackle and improve chronic stress to reduce its impact on your life.

Chronic Pain - Reboot

This course has been designed to give you the practical skills to better manage your chronic pain in order to improve your quality of life. The course contains 8 lessons to be completed in your own time at your own pace, aiming to complete a lesson every 1-2 weeks. Most people take up to 16 weeks to complete the course.

Depression

In this 6-lesson course you will learn how to tackle symptoms of depression including persistent sadness, lack of energy, and loss of interest.

Fatigue

Fatigue refers to mental or physical exhaustion that stops people from being able to function to their optimum. In this 12-lesson course you will be able to understand, better manage and respond to fatigue issues.

Generalised Anxiety Disorder

In this 6-lesson course you will learn how to tackle symptoms of generalised anxiety including persistent and excessive worry, fear of uncertainty, and physical tension.

Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a specialised skill in mental awareness, attention, and acceptance that is associated with numerous health benefits. This 4-lesson course is designed for people who are interested in learning about mindfulness and meditation. The course is self-paced but is designed to be completed within 2 months at most, it is free of charge.

Managing Insomnia

Insomnia is the most common sleep complaint and involves being concerned about initiating and/or maintaining sleep. In order to help you sleep better we have developed our 4-lesson insomnia course. This course is intended for adults who have been experiencing insomnia for at least 3 months and is free of charge.

Mental Health

Individuals who are Mentally Healthy tend to perform better at work, have better life satisfaction and possess general overall higher indicators of wellbeing.  In this 12-lesson course you will be able to understand, better manage and respond to Mental Health challenges.

Mindfulness-Based CBT for Depression and Anxiety

This program incorporates principles of both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Training and was developed to help people who are troubled by both sets of symptoms. It is based on a Mixed Depression and Anxiety Course.

Mixed Depression and Anxiety

People with depression and anxiety experience persistent sadness, low energy, excessive worry, and avoid situations they feel they can't cope with.

Panic Disorder

People with panic disorder experience unpredictable attacks of severe fear, discomfort and strong physical symptoms such as racing heart, sweating, dizziness, and shortness of breath.

Postnatal Course - MUMentum

People with anxiety and depression experience excessive worry, persistent sadness, and avoid situations they feel they can't cope with. In this 3-lesson course you will learn how to tackle postnatal symptoms of anxiety and depression and re-gain your ‘MUMentum’

Pregnancy Course - MUMentum

In this 3-lesson course, you will learn how to tackle anxiety and depression during pregnancy and gain ‘MUMentum’.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

In this 6-lesson course you will learn how to tackle and improve symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, such as intrusive and distressing memories or flashbacks of the traumatic event(s).

Social Phobia

In this 6-lesson course you will learn how to tackle social phobia (or social anxiety), including persistent fear of being judged or embarrassment, and difficulty being in social situations.

Sleep Health

When well rested individuals tend to be happier, healthier and more engaged with life. Improving Sleep doesn’t have to be difficult. In this 10-lesson course you will be able to understand, better manage and respond to Sleep Health challenges.

TeenSTRONG

TeenSTRONG is a 6-lesson program for young people (12-17 years old) and their parents/carers, that is designed to equip them with strong and proven tools to deal with worry and sadness. These tools can be used for life and are useful for young people as they transition into early adulthood. This program is self-paced, but is designed to be completed within 90 days, at most.
